The F in Florida stands for…

I’ll let you use your imagination on that one.

We head out early Thursday morning with Tampa in our sites.  That’s a 10.5 hour drive to get us to our Hotel room in time to pound some beers, read some Prospectus and cab it over to Legends Field for the Yanks Vs. Toronto.  We’ll be sitting in the Tampa Tribune Deck bar area.  If you’re out there, come by and find us, we’ll buy you a beer.

We get out of Tampa pretty early on Friday and head down to Fort Myers to check out the Sox.  We are pretty excited about that, none of us have been to the Spring home of the Sox before.  We’re pretty much expecting to be hanging out with the team at a local bar afterwards.  It’s been a while since Francona and I have gotten together and made fun of Schilling over a couple of beers.  I’m really looking forward to that.

Saturday is Braves Vs. Mets in Orlando.  Glavine is scheduled to pitch 2 innings, it will be fun to see the old guy throw some softballs.  I was really hoping we’d get a glimpse of Hansen, but its not in the works for us, which is fine, I have a feeling I’ll be seeing plenty of him over the next few years, whil this is probably the last time I’ll see Glavine.

Other than the games we’ll be drinking and carousing, looking for trouble and Maria Sharapova.
